The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pods provide a dark and quiet environment for relaxation, and the facility offers lockers for personal belongings.

Limited sound insulation in the pods can lead to disturbances from outside noise.

I had a funny experience staying at Nap York - Capsule Pods in the middle of Manhattan. The concept of sleeping in a pod was new to me, but surprisingly, I didn't feel claustrophobic at all.
